Is tipping expected?

Tipping is never expected but always appreciated for aesthetic services like facials, chemical peels, and lash lifts. However, tipping is not standard or accepted for medical treatments such as injectables (Botox/Fillers) or medical laser treatments.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork, use the restroom, and relax before your treatment begins.

Can I bring children to my appointment?

For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment for all our guests, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to your appointment unless they are receiving a treatment (like a Teen Facial) and are accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Many of our treatments are safe for all skin types, but some lasers and peels are specific to certain skin tones (Fitzpatrick scale). During your consultation, we will ensure that the treatments recommended are completely safe and effective for your specific skin type.
