Respecting your time and ours
Our Commitment to You
When you book an appointment with Advanced Aesthetics Medical Spa, we reserve that time exclusively for you. Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled.
24-Hour Notice Required
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This ensures that we have adequate time to offer the appointment slot to another patient on our waitlist.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
"No-shows" (failing to arrive for your appointment without any prior notice) will be charged a fee of $100 or the full cost of the treatment, whichever is less. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your treatment to ensure we do not run late for our next scheduled patient. In this case, the late cancellation fee may apply.
Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but will be used in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.
