The RN draws the patient's blood following strict protocol - the same as a routine lab test.
PRP Preparation
The blood is spun down in a 2-part pure spin centrifuge leaving only the platelet-rich plasma.
Scalp Preparation
The treatment area is cleansed and a topical numbing agent is applied for your comfort.
PRP Injection
The nurse injects the PRP in the desired area and microneedles the remaining PRP for maximum absorption.

Is there anything to avoid before treatment?
The week before: do not take ibuprofen, aspirin, or NSAIDs. Discontinue anticoagulant medications if primary care allows. Discontinue herbs and supplements associated with blood thinning.
What is the downtime?
Most patients recover within 2 weeks. Slight bruising, tenderness, and swelling are expected. Cold gel packs or ice may be applied immediately after treatment to reduce swelling. Arnica gel is recommended for bruising or swelling.
What are the post-treatment care instructions?
Avoid saunas, steam rooms, and swimming for 2 days. Avoid vigorous exercise, sun and heat exposure for at least 2 days. Avoid scrubbing injection sites for 24 hours. Use pH-balanced shampoo for first 3 days. No hair products for 6 hours after treatment. Take a hot shower and wash hair that evening to promote PRP effects.
